After considering all the pros and cons of what would be the best choice, I picked the one that visually appealed to me the most.
The chance to build it myself will teach me new skills and stretch my Brain.
I am currently considering buying the plans and building from scratch, rather than a kitset.
With current supply-chain issues this will also lessen the potential loss if there is a failure in delivery.
